Payment Terms:

1) DP at Sight ;

2) T/T;

3) L/Cs (on MOQ Discretion).

Order Deposit:

30%-50% Deposit Payment Upon Order/Pre-Production, Balance 50%-70% Pre-Shipment/ Upon Approval of Shipment Samples.

**Remark: Payment terms & conditions may vary at the time of order is being made or accepted that would aim to mutual convenience; however, final terms and conditions would be subject to our written confirmation of acceptance only.

Shipping and Handling

Production Lead Time: Normally, 15-45 days for Running Products or 45-65 days for Custom-made Specification, depending on order quantity and then allocated production schedule.

Shipping Methods:

FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong Basis.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

1) 2000 Pcs / Order / Shipment;

2) Co-Brand 5000 Pcs;

3) OEM/ OBM/ Custom Label 10000 Pcs.

Remark: For any other quantity or requirement which could be effectively applied to your business, pls do consult with our Export Dept., we would be delighted to do our utmost to satisfy your requirement.

Goods Inspection:

Goods Inspection for order of MOQ 10000 Pcs (based on 3-cell packing or 30000 cells) or above. However, pre-shipment sample & picture report could be provided for buyer's comfort and verification for every accepted order.

Sample Policy:

Pre-order sample (including lab test sample where applicable) will be made available based on our differentiated pricing (any premium paid would be adjusted upon actual order settlement).
